Kim M. Rieck

Kim assists attorneys in all aspects of commercial litigation. She prepares pleadings and discovery documents, including service of state and foreign subpoenas. She manages and organizes electronic documents and exhibits using various databases and document management software programs. She assists attorneys with trial preparation, compiling trial notebooks, scheduling witnesses, preparing demonstrative exhibits and serving as a liaison between clients and attorneys. Kim also has experience in other areas of law including corporate, tax, estate planning and probate matters. She prepares estate planning and probate documents, assists with funding of trusts and execution of and recording of documents.
