Matthew A. Niznik

Mr. Niznik’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, creditor rights, real property litigation, and probate litigation.  He joined the firm in 2008 and handles all aspects of litigation including trials, arbitrations, and appeals.

Matt is a Colorado Springs native and believes in giving back to the community and city that has given much to him.  He is actively involved in Palmer Land Trust, El Paso County Bar Foundation, and the Ben S. Wendelken Inn of Court.  When not in the office, he enjoys running, hiking, and cycling in Colorado’s mountains and spending time with his wife and his two energetic boys.
