Renée S. Congdon

Ms. Congdon joined the firm in October 2017. Her practice concentrates on the full range of real estate matters for clients both large and small. Renée has extensive complex real estate transactional experience as well as with providing guidance on title issues, special districts, and annexations. She has a wide variety of client representations, to include negotiations and documentation of complex commercial and real estate transactions.
