Bill also specializes in the representation of sports entities, athletes and coaches in contract negotiations, corporate governance, compliance, grievances, and eligibility issues, as well as the representation of medical practice groups and individual physicians in all aspects of the business and compliance issues related to practicing medicine, including Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute compliance and labor and employment matters.
