| Ben Sparks joined the firm in February 1994 after practicing in the areas of corporate finance, securities, and technology licensing for over four years with Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich and Rosati in Palo Alto, California. Ben has represented a variety of technology-based companies in their finance and general corporate matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and technology licensing. |

| Ben is extremely active in the community, volunteering for a wide variety of non-profit organizations. He was Chairman of the Business Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association from 2004 to 2005. | |
