| As the firm’s tax specialist, Rob brings his expertise to a wide variety of legal matters. He often assists the firm’s business law group in the tax aspects and the implementation of mergers and acquisitions, co-ventures and partnerships, executive compensation, and estate and business continuation planning. |

| In addition to his professional responsibilities, Rob is active in community affairs, serving on the Board of Directors of Greccio, Housing Unlimited, Inc., Silver Key Senior Services Foundation, and the Colorado Springs Swim Team. Rob is also a member of the advisory committee for the Freda Maytag Crawford Charitable Trust. | |
