| Kent joined the firm in 1989 after practicing several years in Connecticut and eight years in New Jersey. He has a strong background in creditors’ rights and bankruptcy from a creditor’s perspective as well as commercial and construction litigation. His areas of practice also include commercial transactions and licensing, the prosecution of trademark and copyright registrations, and infringement claims. Kent has spoken on licensing, trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property issues at seminars and trade group meetings. |

| Kent is actively involved with numerous community organizations and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Legal Aid Foundation of Colorado, Inc. | |
