Christopher M. Brandt
Chris joined Sparks Willson in 1995, after relocating his family from Denver to the Colorado Springs area. He brought with him extensive real estate and commercial transactional experience, with an emphasis on commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and sales, leasing, landlord/tenant matters, lending, foreclosures, workouts, receiverships, and evictions. His practice included the full spectrum of clientele, from large national companies and large institutional lenders to individual clients.
Chris also has extensive litigation experience, giving him a valuable perspective in his representation of real estate and transactional clients.

Upon joining the firm, Chris’s practice concentrated on the full range of real estate matters for clients both large and small. His representation blends his extensive knowledge and experience with an appropriate level of common sense and practicality.
In 1997, Chris was appointed County Attorney for Teller County, Colorado, representing Teller County, its elected officials, and its departments, in a full range of governmental matters. His governmental experience includes all aspects of governmental functions, as well as land use matters. Chris continues his real estate practice.
