Boilerplate / Harmless: The Hidden Pitfalls of Ignoring the “Boilerplate” Language in a Contract
The talk will cover a variety of the boilerplate language in contracts, and why each provision is important. Bill will explain what some of the most common provisions mean (without using “lawyer-talk”) and will discuss some interesting outcomes when the provisions have been ignored by one party or the other.
