David joined the firm in 2020 as a transactional attorney with 20 years’ domestic and international experience. He assists business and nonprofit organizations and their executive management with legal, strategic and operational matters, including governance and risk management; mergers and acquisitions; entity restructurings; private placements of equity and debt; conventional and tax-exempt financings; commercial transactions; real estate acquisition, disposition, leasing and development; intellectual property protection and licensing, regulatory compliance, and cross-border transactions.
