Jessica Kyle Danehy

Jessica Kyle Danehy (formerly Muzzio) joined the firm in April of 2015. Her practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation, including insurance defense.  Ms. Danehy comes to us from Vaughan & DeMuro, where she was a principal in their Colorado Springs office since 2004.  There, she concentrated her practice on the defense of public and private companies, public entities, and their employees, in the areas of general civil litigation, insurance defense, land use, including eminent domain and condemnation, community association law and employment-defense. Her practice and experience includes extensive motion practice, evidentiary hearings, and trials, before both the bench and jury in the state and federal district courts.  Her practice at the appellate level involves brief writing and oral argument, both at the state and federal appellate courts, as well as the Colorado Supreme Court.
