Audree R. McNichols

Ms. McNichols joined Sparks Willson in 2015 and is licensed in both Colorado and New Mexico. Audree’s practice focuses on business formations, corporate governance, organizational restructuring, equity financing, securities laws compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Audree values working closely with clients to support their business needs, growth, and development. She has completed deals of all sizes and complexity, from helping entrepreneurs through funding rounds, to mergers and acquisitions of local and national companies.

Audree grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico, earned her undergraduate degree from Seattle University, and both her MBA and law degree from the University of Dayton. When Audree isn’t in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs. As a former NCAA Division I athlete in tennis, Audree enjoys staying active by spending her weekends hiking, mountain biking, and skiing in the beautiful Colorado mountains.
