Mr. Brandt joined our firm in 1995 after working for Wood, Ris and Hames for many years.

Chris’s practice concentrates on business real estate and commercial transactions, with an emphasis on commercial real estate matters, acquisitions and sales, leasing, landlord/tenant matters, lending, foreclosures, workouts, and receiverships. From 1997 to 2015, Chris served as the appointed County Attorney for Teller County, Colorado representing the county, its elected officials and its departments in a full range of governmental matters.
