Mr. Borges’ practice includes creditor’s rights and commercial transactions.  His creditor’s rights and bankruptcy practices focus on the creditor’s perspective, as well as commercial litigation.  Kent has represented various lending institutions and equipment financers in Chapter 11 reorganizations and other bankruptcy cases under Chapters 7, 12 and 13 as well as collection, replevin and foreclosure proceedings.  On the commercial transaction side, Kent has handled numerous federal and state trademark registrations as well as trademark and copyright licensing and related intellectual property matters.
