Kim M. Rieck

Kim is a third generation native of Colorado Springs and has been working in the legal profession for over 30 years.  Kim has spent most of her career assisting attorneys with the estate planning and probate process. She enjoys getting to know the clients on a personal level which allows her the opportunity to serve each client with a personal touch. In 2011, Kim joined our firm and is our primary business litigation paralegal  She prepares pleadings and discovery documents, including service of state and foreign subpoenas,  manages and organizes electronic documents and exhibits using various databases and document management software programs, and assists attorneys with trial preparation, compiling trial notebooks, scheduling witnesses, preparing demonstrative exhibits and serving as a liaison between clients and attorneys. Kim has been an active member of her local paralegal association since 2011 and has continually served on board in several positions.  She frequently volunteers throughout the community through assisting at events sponsored by the El Paso County Bar Association.  When Kim is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children.
