Patrick A. Hrbacek

Patrick joined Sparks Willson in July of 2021. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, business real estate, and special district matters, and corporate litigation. Prior to joining Sparks Willson, Pat worked for various local and national firms and has also served as general counsel for several entites. Pat earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota School and a B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. After law school, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Pat is a longtime Colorado Springs resident and involves himself in the local community. He enjoys the Colorado climate, his family, and coaching his daughters in basketball.
