Steven R. Ogle
Steve’s practice is focused on estate planning and administration, with an emphasis on advising individuals and families with complex assets and circumstances. With persistent attention to a family’s dynamics and core values, he assists clients in all aspects of their planning, from identifying objectives through drafting and administration, often working in close coordination with a client’s advisor team.
Steve has extensive experience in tax planning and administration of taxable estates. His work includes the development and implementation of tax planning strategies, drafting and negotiating marital agreements, charitable planning (including private foundations and charitable trusts), business succession planning, special needs planning, and advising family offices. He also provides guidance to nonprofits, assisting at all stages of the lifecycle of private foundations and public charities, from formation and operations to dissolution.
