Claudia joined Sparks Willson as a paralegal in 2020 with more than 30 years of experience in the legal field. Claudia assists the attorneys in the business group with all aspects of corporate law, including formation, governance, compliance, equity financing, and mergers and acquisitions. Claudia is also seasoned in the area of commercial real estate. Her experience in these areas allows her to provide valuable assistance to our business clients.
In her spare time, Claudia enjoys reading and spending time with friends and family.
