Jessica L. Kyle

Jessica Kyle joined the firm in April of 2015 after twenty years of working for other firms. Jessica’s practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation, and employment defense.  Her business litigation practice includes cases involving contract disputes, real estate, employment cases, and other general business litigation matters. Jessica’s civil litigation practice includes property disputes, real estate transaction disputes, construction defect, consumer transactions and premises liability. Her employment practice includes representation of clients in claims and litigation involving breach of contract, non-competition agreements, trade secrets, wrongful discharge, unlawful discrimination (including cases under Title VII), sexual harassment, and retaliation. Jessica enjoys and appreciates helping her clients work through the often long and complicated path of litigation to reach a good result, whether it be by settlement or judgment/verdict.

Jessica earned her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Seton Hall University, and her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark, both in New Jersey, where she was born and raised until the mountains of Colorado beckoned in 2001.

She lives in Colorado Springs with her son and they enjoy all the beautiful Colorado outdoor activities, especially skiing and snowboarding every chance they get in the winter. Jessica believes in giving back to the community and donates time to various non-profit organizations in Colorado Springs and has been active in the Bar Association, Bar Foundation, Colorado Springs Teen Court, and the Women Lawyer’s Association, among others.
